He is a: GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute CRS - Certified Residential Specialist CRB - Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager CREA- Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Walter Parshley is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and Tri-County Board of Realtors. He has taken various Real Estate and Appraisal courses at Stonehill College, M.I.T., Bentley College and Boston University. Walter Parshley's many clients include Individuals, Attorneys, Banks as well as large corporations such as Westinghouse and Digital Corp. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Tri-County Board of Realtors, Past Director of the Greater Brockton Multiple Listing Service and is a local authority on zoning matters, having served on the Stoughton Zoning Board of Appeals. Walter Parshley is a former President of the Tri-County Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year 2001, Regional Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and has served as President of the Stoughton Lions Club and Stoughton Chamber of Commerce. Walter Parshley & wife Donna reside in Stoughton and have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.
